Vorrei sapere se il prezzo al mq delle case prefabbricate si discosta molto da quelle in muratura e che differenze ci sono tra le varie soluzioni costruttive (massiccio, telaio).

L’incremento graduale dei montaggi non corrisponde ad un vero e proprio boom edilizio, ma la tendenza è quella di una progressiva diffusione di queste costruzioni ecologiche a basso consumo energetico.
Da soluzione di nicchia ad alternativa costruttiva vera e propria il passo è lungo.
Il pregiudizio verso le case prefabbricate è ancora forte, ancor più da parte dei tecnici e dei costruttori tradizionali.
La conoscenza delle case in legno da parte del cliente finale è fondamentale per dare il giusto peso alle numerose qualità delle case prefabbricate. Un confronto su basi puramente economiche non penalizza le case in legno e può essere fatto senza problemi, ma bisognerebbe comunque introdurre elementi di giudizio qualitativi che differenzino le diverse soluzioni costruttive.
Affermare che le pesche costino al chilo quanto i peperoni non fornisce evidentemente informazioni interessanti, pur trattandosi sempre di vegetali.
Le ditte di case prefabbricate che ho contattato mi hanno consegnato dei preventivi spropositati. L’unica offerta interessante l’ho avuta dalla XXXXXX, una ditta (credo) rumena. Sto comunque pensando di affidare la costruzione della mia villetta ad un costruttore della mia zona (Molise) , visti i prezzi ben più bassi che ho potuto constatare.
