I take the data and put it into the program window treatments. This gives the client an idea of what their window will look like when you're done.
The next step is to go online and get a picture of textile fabric site, take pictures of fabrics, crop, and put it into a software program. You will have more idea of what your room looks like because a lot of people can not visualize the finished product. This gives the customer something to look at before getting into the sewing process.
What's next?
, after consultation with the client and the completion of appropriate documentation, the fabric is bought and the sewing process begins. After completion of the window treatments were installed in the client's home. Minor adjustments at this time. For example, one client decided they wanted to drapery tiebacks, rather than a more straight. It was an easy task to achieve with a trip to the home store. Custom tiebacks could also have been used in this situation.
What are the finishing touch?
final touches will include such things as making sure curtains draped even on both sides and attractive rooms with the occasional pooling on the floor.
